you too... how was your ride?

It's snowing here... But I put my beater bike on a 1up USA trainer in the winter and spin like hell... Headphones and good jam band music (Railroad Earth this AM, also WSP, UM, GD...LOL) get my pulse rate up... I needed it bad this AM... I always get a little of that post xmas blues, nothing too bad, at least lately :)...

Did you find a good strat for your son?

You have a 1up? Thats exactly the one i have. weighs a ton. My son didnt come over.. So maybe he'll get the strat. He said he would come over tomorrow. I gave him a roland studio amp, with effects and stuff.

Are you managing to stay sober?

I like the 1up... Perfect for me, and yea, heavy... LOL... I have had it for quite a while, puts up with a lot of abuse.

My daughter kinda made off (I let her, ;)) with my Roland Cube 30... i really like the roland sound... phaser, harmonic, all that...... I want to buy the Roland for Acoustic Guitars, my best friend has one and I love how his Takamine sounds through it...
