Checking in...Happy Holidays to all!
 

I haven't been on here much lately...my life is consumed with work and AA meetings and sober outings with my AA peeps :) I feel great (no, I am not on a pink cloud LOL) I certainly have my days and some thoughts to drink here and there when stressed but I want to be sober more than I want to drink. I want to be the better person I am when in recovery. Not the depressed, suicidal monster I become when I am in the dark. This time of year is very special to me. I am unable to be with my family but I will be spending time with my AA family and I am more than okay with that. I hope that everyone has happy, sober and thankful holidays! :)

Its pushing 40 celcius here in Melbourne today and I just finished a ginger beer.
Xmas will be cooler, and its still the soft stuff.
