50 days sober today!
Hi All,

50 days sober today. Health recovering daily, but still can't sleep more than 3-5 hours at night! Diet good and lost a stone. Groups three times a week and all is well.

But I slept ten hours last night and have gained a stone. Ice cream and cookies have replaced the wine...

Melatonin is an inexpensive, non-medical sleep supplement...
