That 1st week was tough!!
 

I don't know how I managed to saty sober the last 7 days, with family troubles, the run up to birthdays/xmas and an exam last night but I did.

Yesterday I was shocked by how much I craved a fag (give up 5 months ago) and lucky enough I beleive that took over the urge for a drink.
Happy to say I had neither :c031:

I feel like a super star today, but still on my gaurd. I no it will take me when I least expect it to.
