60 Days
 

Sober. Of course, now I have a cold and lost my voice but overall things are going well. Beat the booze, took a physical and my cholesterol is normal again (have always been pretty healthy) and replaced my evening drink with a cup of warm tea and/or frozen yogurt and 30 minutes of meditation.

That's awesome. I myself am 64 days sober so I know on some level what your feeling. It's truly getting easier for me and the urges are suppressing gradually and I pray the same for you. Nonetheless, excellent work at 60 days. It's hard. :)
