Withdrawal from Xanax

I'm currently self detoxing off Oxy 30 mgs Xanax 2 mg norco 10/325 and soma. I got this back injury at work. My dr perscribed me all the above. I've been on them for over 2 years. I stopped this weekend and I'm on day 3 can't eat sleep shaking hot flashes and sweats. I don't know what to do. Please any suggestions

The best thing to do is to call the dr who prescribed the xanax and ask for advice.

I hope you get through this.

please call your doctor. Benzo detox can be extremely dangerous and potentially lethal.

Yes, please do. I hear that benzo and alcohol withdrawl can both lead to seizures, coma, and worse. If I remember correctly, I think that detoxing off of those two things are significantly worse than, say, narcotics... which is why you'll hear most people telling you to get Dr. advice. Please take it!
