Just woke up and getting myself geared up to get ready for work. Still feeling queasy but at least I got some sleep last night! Now here's to making it through my workday and being able eat something and have some juice to rehydrate.

I'm also on my 2nd day sober (for the 3rd time in a month, sigh) and have had a GIANT headache for 48 hours, am terrified to see anyone -- if i have to talk to someone, i think i'll start to cry. just want this day to be over, but it's going to be a long one.

I ended up going to work but nearly started crying when the garage at my building was full. But I took some deep breaths and drove around the block and found a place. Now I'm just trying to focus on work. Definitely already ready for it to be 5!

I'm on Day 2 as well! Yesterday was rough - my hands were too shaky to type. Today feels better, more of a mild hangover than the shakes and sweats of yesterday. This is the second time in three months that I've been in here (made it to Day 10 last time). This time I want it to stick. I've got two little kids...the tradedy in Connecticut makes me realize that they could be gone at any moment and I don't want my life to be full of regrets.
