Panic attacks are trying to come on

I knew this seemed too easy. Shakes did to. Take care, going outside for a few minutes.

One of the things I've been told to help manage anxiety attacks is to use muscle tension and relaxation. I start at my face, tense each muscle for ten seconds, then release. Of course, make sure is ok for you to do, but I start up top and go all the way down to my toes. Face, shoulders, arms, belly, glutes, thighs, calves, feet. I have not had these from withdrawals, just general panic attacks. I rinse and repeat as needed.

Hope you are feeling better soon.

That helps. Thank you. Did this with meditation in rehab a while back and forgot how good it was.
