The aftermath of work Xmas party..DAY ONE (again)
 
After a particularly horrid work breakup party/pubcrawl last night which saw everyone way out of control (My boss even tried hitting on me!) I have decided to try again to quit alcohol for good. My best effort was 4 months, and since relapsing I am gradually getting worse and worse and drinking most nights again. So here I am, back for your support as always..

I always avoided the work get togethers. I knew that wouldn't be pretty!

Well I just tipped a bottle of vodka down the sink, thats a start. Recommitting to my health and fitness goals (Just finished working out actually), and avoiding all temptations. Going camping on an Island for 12 days next Saturday where no booze is available to buy will help ;)
