300 days

Feeling great after 300 days sober. I feel like my life has new meaning and purpose. I enjoy everyday so much more. I was having crazy anxiety attacks when I was drinking for years and years. After being drunk and stoned everyday for nearly 20 years I feel like a better person and my family notices the change. I really don't want to go back to the way I was ever again. Thanks to my dad and a couple of really good friends for supporting me.

It's so hard to admit that the thing we used to enjoy & have fun with is damaging us and destroying our life. Once we see the light, we can get free from it and begin to heal. Hope to hear more from you.
