Ted kevin welch is right, we have to make that little dash count. We are doing it today by staying clean & sober, having compassion for our fellow man and loving one another. I love you Ted. Always have Hope & Faith.

Close your eyes say 1,2,3 and take a action .Find help ,call friends, family if they are help for you or seek emergengy services .Bit never get back to substance abuse !!!
