Also, I have one child with food allergies. we talk a lot of poo in our family(or did when she was a baby and younger child), and on the support forums for food allergies. Dr. Oz does a show on poop too. Pulls an audience member to the stage and has her discuss her poop before a live audience. Too funny!

So far, on day 5...my everything is out of whack. I can tell my GI system us trying to figure out what to do with itself. It's been an interesting time. I'm sure it will sort itself out eventually...just one more small eye-opener about the poisonous harm I was doing to myself.

I said at a meeting once that I was looking forward to a larger definition of health which includes solid feces and being able to brush my tongue without gagging. Still working on that.
