Welcome, I'm a newbie too, only day 3 today but have found this site to be amazing at keeping me focused on not drinking. Reading the posts not only fills in time in the longer days but you see the same stories as yours. Good luck!

So glad u made this decision. Stick to it. There are a bunch of good folks on sr. I have 46 days clean from drugs and acohol and have never felt better. It does get easier
