Just feel like screaming
I am just having a really hard day. I am craving a drink so bad. I tried to exercise, reach out to others, distraction and nothing seems to be working. I went to a company holiday party last night and was surrounded by drinks. I just feel like no one in my personal life understands. I am 133 days sober today I don't won't to blow it now
You won't blow it. Just hang in there! You have 133 days of sobriety, which is super!
I couldn't be around alcohol for a long time, most of a year, before I felt comfortable. If I did, I had the same reaction you did.

I know Dee said this and I *think* quoted Anna....
You know what the difference between a good day and a bad day is?
About a day.
Keep going PF

this too shall pass. until it does, read here or maybe a book. or perhaps you could just grab some scratch paper real quick and jot down 5 things you're grateful for. nothing major or epic. just 5 little or big things. write them down and reflect on them for a few minutes. let that give you a little lift. i know that when i'm down, i can always think of a few things that i'm grateful for, even if they're silly or mean something only to me. but i'm grateful for them and they lift me up for a bit and i feel better. hope it helps you out some.
