I have a few issues with AA at times but one thing is essential and valuable to me beyond everything else. It's the greatest bunch of happy liars I have ever known. I need them desperately to tell me when I'm lying to myself. They always know. They then laugh. I laugh. It's very powerful indeed and shuts up that little voice inside me that feeds me all this b---sh--.
