Izze sodas if you can find them! amazing. I just bought V8, perrier, coconut water. I like cranberry/soda when I'm out. I think I'll start trying new drinks so I don't notice what I'm not having.... maybe make some lemonade, yum
Not that I have had loads of experience with this for awhile, but I, like many, like mineral water- with lemon, lime, or plain, or with cranberry juice, grapefruit juice, or cucumber slices (that's delicious by the way)
There's this Virgil's root beer (non alcoholic) that's delicious, and they now make it zero calorie sweetened with stevia. It's kind of like holding a beer, if you want that feeling for whatever reason.
Tonight, I've brewed valerian tea which I also mixed with peppermint. It smells rank but tastes nice and it soothes my nerves really well, since my brain is a little jumpy. I also drink coffee, black tea, boiled ginger tea, and juiced veggies in the morning. (Beet is a liver tonic. I add half a beet and a couple of celery stalks to carrots and apple in the juicer.) That's much nicer than it sounds and does amazing things for your organs. I know mine need it. Not for everyone, though, or, arguably, not for many or most. If you do it, go easy on the beets at first because they're pretty potent and they WILL detox your liver.
