Welcome, you've come to the right place if you want to give up alcohol for good.

Have you got a recovery plan lined up?

Welcome. There is a lot of experience here with how to stop drinking/drugging. Have you thought about what you can do to help yourself through this?

Hi and welcome prpapi1978
You'll find a lot of support here

Are you interested in face to face support as well?

There's many different approaches and methods of recovery around - here's some links to some of the main players:

http://www.soberrecovery.com/forums/...formation.html

I recommend you visit the Secular Connections forum if you think you may benefit from a non 12 step approach

Welcome! This is a wonderful place. You are no longer alone.

You sound ready to make this huge change in your life. Drinking is costing you everything. I was in the same place. 3 dui's and loss of relationships and respect - I never thought I'd dig my way out of it. Once I stopped drinking and began to heal, things didn't look so grim. You can rise above all the troubles and have a new life. Keep reading and posting. We all understand how you feel.
