Day 6: Withdrawal symptoms
You guys I am so tired. I'm at work and I can't think. I wish I had some kind of prescription that would put me to sleep at night so I could feel okay during the day.
In other news, I keep breaking out in hives.
These are the only two symptoms so far of withdrawal. Insomnia, some moodiness -- the hives were a bit of a surprise. I'm not even craving alcohol at all. I just want some rest and to not feel so stressed out.
Alcohol was my anxiety medication. I wish I could hole up somewhere for a couple week and sleep.

medicatrix, its a good reminder that you should not be drinking. It should go away in a few days. I general have to go threw twice the time to recover when I was binge drinking. It's part of the game and hope you stay away from it this time. I'm going to try too myself. :-)
If you feel badly, please do see a Dr, medicatrix.
And guys please remember - we can share our experience but please don't recommend treatments for others.
That contravenes the medical advice rule.
It includes OTC stuff.
What worked for you may not work for others.
Always check with your Dr about supplements etc first.
