I hope I dont have to disconnect from all of you. I dont know if I will have a computer. After that in Jan...JAIL. I keep going from acceptance to panic to acceptance, to nightmares, and back again. Aww, I wish you the best Windancer! It's scary but will not last forever. How long do you have in jail? I spent about 3 months and I'm here to tell about it. Just don't panic over it.

Sorry you have to go through this.

I hope for all that is good for you, Windancer. I did rehab. It can work wonders.

As for jail I *think* I will get the min. which is 30 days, 20 or so for good behaviour. I have a fair chance of serving it at weekends.

You'll probably be so busy, you'll forget about us.... Seriously, though, you're doing a great thing for yourself. Everyone else coming into is going to be scared, too, but all the people at the treatment center are there to help you - it's pretty cool......

Hope you can stay in touch, but in any case we'll still be here when you get back. Good luck!

Hi Windancer,
I did in-patient treatment at Homewood in Guelph ON. If you are headed there, then just wanted to say it was great. They have computers/internet access for the patients. Otherwise, Good Luck!

I am proud of you for taking this step. Also, maybe the judge will see how seriously you have taken your sobriety and all of the steps you have already taken.

Hopefully you are able to access SR, if not you will have a very full inbox when you get out!

Sending hugs!!!!

I went to rehab about 11 years ago, at the time to get rid of an addiction to Meth. My plan was to just kick Meth and still smoke pot and drink. I left there with a whole new outlook on life and 6 years later celebrated 6 years of total abstinence from everything. Was one of the best decisions of my life even though I was absolutely terrified before I went in. I know you can do it. Good luck!
