new to recovery

hi everybody. i've been wandering around the site for a while so i thought i should formally introduce my self. 10 days clean and feeling ok. thanks to everyone who shares their stories. it's been really helpful and i look forward to my journey and eveyone's continued sucess

Hey Loki! I'm not new to recovery but I am to this website and I, too, need support! The Program has been the best thing that has ever happened to me and I owe my life to all the other recovering addicts who have helped me out. Just keep coming back!

thanks everybody. moontime the thought that the first 10 days are the hardest puts a smile on my face. thanks and i really look forward to getting to know you all!

Congrats on your ten days!!! I agree that the first two weeks are the hardest.. the first year is very interesting really. I remember going through all the phases that everyone talked about... I thought I was going mad... but it's so wonderful to know that so many other people here, and in your town, and all over the world are either going through it too.. or have gone through it. You ARE NOT ALONE.
Are you craving sugar?? That's totally normal.
