Lost in Michigan

My husband was sober for 14 years, three years ago he began drinking again and he is not someone I recognize. I have tried talking to him, ignoring it and acting like it is okay and it is just getting worse. He claims he drinks due to me and I feel like if it rains to him it is all my fault. He is on probation and I am thinking about calling his probation officer and telling her of his behavoir. He will then end up in jail and I don't think at this time that that would be a bad thing. It would make him sober up at least. Maybe his head would clear and he would become the man I fell in love with. The downside is that he would blame me and things will just get worse (if that is possible). Any advice would help.:c020:

I would suggest you read up on Al-anon especially the 3 C's:

I didn't Cause it.

I can't Cure it.

I can't Control it.
