Fitz, I'm not sleeping. I have been doing housework this evening. Are you feeling better?

Love from Lenina

Hi, Fitz. You mentioned once that you wrote the book. Maybe use this sleepless time to write again? It is so quiet at night, no distractions.

Take care)

Fitz, you should check out a documentary called "exit through the gift shop"
It's about Banksy, a graffiti artist. One of the worlds most amazing.

Fitz - I love those "flameless" battery operated candles. Low light, safe and relaxing. Some are even scented; some have timers. Might be great for you by the bedside.

Sorry if it's a "girlie" suggestion

I don't sleep either, but I'm in the UK so time differences would prevent us supporting each other.

I'm at work now. Been awake since 3 and walking around in a daze!!

Fitz, that's a great idea about the flamelss candles. I have a bunch of them. in fact, if you have a walgreen's, they are on sale for 2 for $5. They take two AA cell batteries. Check it out!

here's a technique I was taught, sometimes it works. Do you have any long piece of prose or poetry memorized? Maybe even running system checks or or whatever, as long as you have it memorized. get into bed in your sleeping position. Close your eyes and recite, to yourself, the poem or whatever. Focus on each word. I have a few different ones I use.

Give it a try. Sometimes it's enough to drop me off.

Love from Lenina
