Welcome to SR! Wine was my nightly drink as well, and like you I went from a glass to a bottle, to a bigger bottle. I have been drinking water, hot chocolate and decaf green tea.
I have also been exercising and reading during those drinking hours, plus lots of time on here!!
It does get easier, I am closing out day 47 and there are times I miss wine, but not the hangovers. I also like being more present with my kiddos.
