What can I do to repair past damage on my body?

I am taking a TON of vitamins (fish oil, calcium, vitamin c, biotin [well that's just for my hair and nails lol], and acidophilus probiotics), flossing and brushing my teeth better than before, and trying to start exercising.
Any tips? I like both traditional/"western", and natural/homeopathic/"eastern" medicine

Yup, vitamins, especially B-complex, fish oils - I take Omega and cod liver oils, lots of fruits and veggies too. I also put cucumber slices over my eyes each morning for 10 minutes, it really does brighten them. I use baking soda on my teeth and it all but got rid of the red wine stains. Coconut oil is supposed to help the skin look its brightest, I use that to moisturize and have noticed some of my scars are lighter...
I also take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar each day to help repair my digestive system - it's done wonders for me. It has tons of other benefits too.
Yoga...helps the body to be supple and flexible.
I think it's great that you're taking matters into your own hands!

Milk Thistle for the liver.
B-vitamins.
Water, eat well (calorie rich diet is supposed to help liver), exercise.
I've heard to avoid avoid acetaminophen (Tylenol) for a while because it apparently isn't good for the liver.
And...time. Fortunately, the liver regenerates itself.

Please remember that what may have worked for you may not work, or be suitable for others.
I understand that all who shared are well meaning and trying to help - but what happened to you and how you overcame it may well keep someone else from seeking the professional assistance they need.
I encourage everyone thinking of supplements etc to see their Dr, pharmacist, or other medical professional first.
