This is a great realization. I've done lots of harm too, but only to myself. I don't know if I'm there yet, if I finally care about myself but I'm sure I will. I haven't experienced the human kindness you described, I think that all people are capable of it, and I hope that I see it one day, especially in myself. Thanks for sharing this, it gives me some hope for myself and humanity.

So after finishing the fruit I filled the little straw basket with flavored pine cones and it will be my holiday decoration. I can look at it and smell it and know the true meaning of celebration.
