I'm sorry you are having such a rough time Fitz! It sounds like you have been through alot this past month. Hang in there! You have many supporters here.

I've heard many say " my worst day sober is still better than my best day drunk".

Hopefully things turn around for you soon!

I have been reading your posts and threads Fitz, and I actually was reading along some time ago when you were posting in crisis. I felt so worried for you and am so happy to see you posting sober! So, as awful as you feel, and depressed, I am truly inspired and you are helping others who see you did it.

I also see how you help the hungry. People need you. You are a kind and giving person. You need to hang in there and give your body and mind time to heal. it was a long road becoming ill, and will take time to recover.

I am only on day 3, once again. So, I have no advice to give, but want you to know I am rooting for you.

You could be all those and hungover, which would make things worse. I don't think sober should be in the same category as depressed, lonely and sad. Sober is one good thing to have on your side.

Going for a run usually makes me feel a lot better.

200 drinks wouldn't solve any problems Fitz.

Deal with the stuff you can, and trust that the rest of the stuff (the stuff you have no control over) will sort itself out, one way or the other....

I know sometimes the old thoughts kick in. I will not drink. I will not have someone calling 911 while I lie on the sidewalk. I have you all as a a life line. It will get better and I know that.

nothin changes if nothin changes. get off yer but and get into action! from what i have read in yer posts posts/threads, you are a lot happier when yer not wallowing in self pity.

I'll stick I will not run. Sometimes the stress brings up physical pain but I can stay the line. You all are my comradres I believe in you and in Me.
