This Thanksgiving Rocked!!!
 

Hello SR...I haven't been on in awhile but still doing ok, although I have my moments. I do need to let you guys know that this Thanksgiving was the first one in seven years that I was sober! It was great! I was able to eat and enjoy my time with my hubby, and most of all, those pies and cakes that I could have never stomached while drinking I indulged with no regrets! Happy days come one day at a time!

Great news! It's hard to believe I once thought being sober on the holidays would be so boring. I was the one who was boring, all those years getting foggy & wasted.

So glad your Thanksgiving was great..and a sober one. I had two drinks with my friends..i regret it..but it is done now...i still enjoyed the great food and laughter. Just have to remind myself to not give into to pressure and be ME and be sober :)
