I voted for mental, relationships and Other. My Other is better sleep! It may count as part of physical health, but the benefit for me in this area has been so huge it deserves its own category!

it's so good to see improved health as a benefit.
many of suffer with mental issues...
just getting rid of alcohol, which quite possibly caused all of them in the first place, seems to help so many.

Much improved relationship with my wife and physically healthier. The rest of the choices haven't really changed much for me (thankfully, they never really needed to)...

First three but I see other factors as benefiting also.

Physical - it's nice to not have hangovers, it's nice to have less accidents (I have quite a few alcohol related scars)
Mental - it's nice to not try and kill myself repeatedly, I was also diagnosed with bipolar years ago, I really feel that alcohol makes it much much worse
Relationships - it's nice to stop hurting people who I care about and who care about me

to be fair, there weren't many options to choose three from (no offence EQ)... mental health was top but mostly my other answers would have been 'other'.

For my vote, "Other" = positive outlook. Alcohol is a self image destroyer.

I voted.

1) physical health (no more 2 day hangovers, + drinking time where body and brain were out of commission)

2) mental health - this must be what Ned Flanders feels like

3) spiritual - I for one believe that the brain is a conduit for the mind which is seperate, so a positive mental improvement is a spiritual one too IMO.
