Well, here I am, struggling

My problems started a long time ago. Ill spare you the details that got me here. I think I'm really just looking for support and a few "you can do its, and it will get better". Right now I'm on day 3 off a 5-10/day tab habit. The physical strain is mostly over but now I am facing the dreaded depression and cravings we all know so well. I have support. But there's only so much they can do. I have to conquer this demon on my own. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Day three was tough for me, I was getting off alcohol. You can do this, you will find lots of support in this site. Not sure what your plans are today but I know there are many groups that have meetings throughout the day. Keep checking in here if you need support.

You can do this!!!!

((itsnottoolate)) - Welcome to SR and YES, you can do it and it will get better! I clung to SR when I was newly recovering and it really did help.
