Happy Thanksgiving to my SR Family!!!
Well I survived two classes at the gym, but made a note to myself that taking yoga before spin was not my wisest choice, next year I will reverse that.
Kids and I are about to start getting ready to go to a Gratitude Meeting, it is a drop in throughout the day and kiddos are welcome, then heading to grandma's.
I am going to enjoy the day, and not let any negativity in, not worth it. I just made a list of the many things I have been thankful for in my journal. SR is on that list.
Whether you are spending the day alone or with family (and the drama that comes with it.) enjoy every minute.
