Great video. GABA is a very interesting neurotransmitter. Two of my main drugs of choice (though I was hardly a discriminator) are benzodiazepines and alcohol. Both have the same inhibitory affect with an increase of GABA. No wonder why I enjoyed the two. Benzodiazepines are just getting drunk in pill form.
I love pharmacology. So interesting to know the "why" behind the "why do drugs do (x) to us."
