Don't pick up alcohol at the grocery store. Pretty simple.

Here in CA, alcohol is in a special section and they put it all over the store. By the dairy section, at the end of isles and at checkout. I have to be in the right frame of mind to go to the grocery store or certain other stores. If I feel particularly shaky in my sobriety, I take someone with me. I was not a big bar drinker, more take it home with my purchases and drink it. I have to be very vigilant about shopping in stores which sell alcohol. This is a good thread, not everyone drank in bars, seems like a lot of us took it home. Take care everyone.
