I read this and I do this with all the recovery stuff I have and read. It is about application in one's life. To read it is one thing to apply is another.

That is so true and I must admit, in the past I have been the QUEEN of no follow through. I am working very hard on changing that! It has been part of my problem for years...and if I dont follow through, how will I stay sober? Makes sense to me.
