I don't know whether this is "typical". In one way nothing is "typical". Each person is different. All I can suggest is that you keep up doing what you say you are doing, namely not drinking or drugging. If it were me I would also start cutting back on the caffeine since it would keep me hyped up and interfere with my sleep, which is a problem anyway after withdrawing from alcohol. Welcome! I was drinking two bottles of wine a night. My doctor prescribed Librium for a few days, I didn't take it for long. I felt on edge (especially on day 3 for some reason), and s little foggy, but no major withdrawals. I miss wine, but I don't miss hangovers, headaches, or nausea.
