Thank you, Everyone!! My first post.....

I just wanted to say how thankful I am to find this site.. Still gathering my thoughts about my first full blown post. I found the site Sunday and have spent over 15 hours of reading... I've learned more this week than I could ever imagine. What a powerful tool! I've never seen more kindness and caring people. I'm so glad I'm not the only one out there having issues with addiction. I'm in the background reading, and reading and reading... Just want to say thank you!

Same here Dave, only joined up last night. The amount of info that I've already picked up is incredible! Found such an insight into what I've been experiencing and has explained so much. Posts on the kindling effect is what I needed to read years ago. The forums are great to be a part of knowing that other people are going through the same thing. No longer feel so isolated
