Today is my day 1 of being sober.

I need help, I have know that for a long time.

Welcome to SR!! This is a wonderful site with lots of support and advice. I am on day 34 today mainly due to checking in here daily. I am doing other things as well, but SR had been my greatest resource, and I can get on here 24/7.
