I am so sorry, there must be something going on because I was feeling the same way today. The only thing that stopped me from drinking tonight is I know tomorrow will be 30 days for me and I don't want to blow it.

Can you listen to something calming like an ocean waves tape? I know there are apps for that if you have a smart phone...you might be able to download it online...

I am having one now i can barley work the keyboard. Woke from a bad dream and could not find my glasses and I need them to find them. working on breathing but fill so constricted so got on line.

Hang on. It will pass. A couple of days ago I felt like I was walking through a minefield. No drinkies. Went to sleep, woke up about 5 times but I was a little better the next day. Like our grandma's used to say , sleep on it.

i know but like being in a foxhole not daring to close your eyes. i have been in trherapy so much it hurts Sobriety seems to be the only cure but it it is painfull. Please wecome our vets back like we were not after Viet Nam. I did actually get spit on. Nothig to do with today but that was my dream
