70 days or so
Really had to check if it was so...Stopped end of August. All going well. Just read my first post on this website, seems like a while ago but time goes quick. done lots during the past few months. Sometimes feel the urge but just say 'no'...........with the thought been there, done that and know where I will end up if I drink.
Lost weight....waist / gut gone down a few sizes. Sleep is now amazing.....all night non stop and it's deep sleep.
It is really great not being a prisoner of alcohol. It is really great to feel warm and content and at ease in my body. It is really great to be me without alcohol.
