well, i finally got to sleep about at about 7am. it was very choppy, on and off sleep. so, i'm not feeling rested. not nauseous anymore tho. we'll see after i try to put something on my stomach. gonna see if i can get a little more sleep. if not, i'm just gonna lie here quietly for awhile. and, oh, i realized that i have three mini bottles of vodka on the counter. no craving, but i'm gonna go right now and pour them out. just wanted to check in with everyone. stay encouraged!!!
