Why does one consider "Alcoholism" an "Illness" ?
Doesn't one "Choose" to "Imbibe" alcohol ?
How does "Cancer" equate to "Alcoholism" ?

All diseases have 3 things in common:
1 Symptomology: (signs & symptoms )
2 The are progressive. (they get worse over time)
3 They are fatal.
Cancer: Alcoholism:
1 pale skin, weight loss, tumors. 1 smelly breath, slurred speech
2 Tumors grow, pain 2 DUI'S job loss, kids hate you
3 you die 3 you die
