Do you have a doctor to help you get off the drug?

I have been looking at a few detox places but they are very expensive. I thought maybe I can taper myself off slowly

((amisu)) - Welcome to SR! I do highly recommend that you work with a dr., even on a taper program. Coming off benzos can be very dangerous.
