Much the extra hour, I just gained a sober day
 

Not sure how all of you keep track of days. I thought it had been 9 days....but then I counted and it is actually 10. In the past I never really kept track so am trying to do it a bit differently this time. But apparently I am not good at counting.

I have an app on my iPhone called days sober. Its quite addictive!

And as my sponsor taught me , the person with the longest time in sobriety is the one that got up the earliest today. :)
