Iam not my my thoughts or my ego, iam my being, and my being can only be felt not thought.

Therefore iam not my addiction,my addiction is my thoughts/ego,my ego uses alcohol to validate me it's what my ego has latched onto. Iam more than thoughts/ego... I am!!!!

That sort of self empowerment is going to lead to sobriety if you aren't careful, Lionhearted1. Thanks for sharing that wisdom with us, I firmly believe it too.
