The answer is about 10% of the population has a common disorder that makes it impossible to regulate their alcohol/drug consumption. It is not your fault you have this disorder but it is up to you to treat it.

meg, crying at a meeting wasnt( and isnt) a loss of self respect. IMO, it is humility and a good thing to have.
you can stop digging inside for courage and look up for it.

now, ya read about some of us breaking down in meetings. do you see a problem with any of us breaking down at a meeting?
