Long road but finally 60 days
Long road but finally 60 days
I have been on and off this site for the past year. Finally back on and could not even remember my user name or password. Once upon a time I was Duke2153!! Maybe best to start over now that I am sober. Wish I could get to my AA meeting to get my little 60 day coin. Not a huge deal for some but it is the daily little things that make me smile!

I was the same and left for a year trying to master my addictive ways. Sure enough I am back here too, on day nine feeling a bit better.
Well done on the 60 day mark that's amazing. Shows alot of character, too not give up! Hope your well man.

Hi Miko!! I have been struggling but did a little impatient and got some good help (never be afraid to ask for help) and finally feel good. A little moody some days but good. Remember to take it 24 hours at a time!!

Well done FM and guess I stopped around the same time you did, post Labour Day weekend so 56 days for me.
I remember your posts from before so welcome back and keep on truckin. Pick up that two month coin next time around , I am up for mine soon too. I put in my watch pocket of my jeans when I think I need a reminder , like when I am nervous about a situation. I think they are a big deal as a goal and a reminder of what worked for me.

Thanks to all of you and especially Freefall for the virtual chip. I still keep my 30 day coin in my pocket and probably will for life. So many changes in my life and it feels good. On my way to 90.......
Congrats on 60 days, that is awesome!!! I am on day 20 after many day ones. I rejoined in March because I couldn't remember my old name. Didn't stick with SR that time, or in June or September. However, have been here every day for the past 20, and look forward to getting to 30, and then 60!
Keep up the great work!
