Dual Diagnosis: Sober yet Nuts feeling.

Im sober from Kratom, but take too much of Gabapentin sometimes. My thinking has not changed, do i need treatment?

I'm not crazy about Gabapentin in general, I think it contributed to my husband going septic, I say if your taking over the prescribed amount then its a problem....What do you take it for?
