Major Panic Attack
Any good thoughts welcome. I am generallly a upbeat funny guy but when these things hit it is like beining buried alive and I want to drink but I will not I'll get through it it is all good

I have unsettling dreams a lot. I always wonder if they mean anything. I dreamt about my 22 year old daughter last night. She was 8 again and she told me she did'nt want me to be her Mommy anymore. I woke up in a distressed emotional state. Weird. Full Moon maybe.

It will pass Fitz. Have you got any coping strategies for panic attacks? A good one I borrowed from my sis was listening to books on tapes. I could never lie down or rest because it made it worse and pacing didn't seem to help... forcing myself to listen to something distracted me long enough to calm down. A friend of mine finds driving helps her, weirdly, but she says having something to really concentrate on helps... I hope you are okay x
