I have serious PTSD issues at night. Like being in a foxhole where I can not breath. The daylight comes and I feel alive again. Some say one day at a time but I have to make it shorter than that. I have spent the last hour concentrating on breath that helps. Now I am looking for humor. The thing is not drinking or drugs. Used to not to feel scared but the fear always came back. Semper Fi

Thanks better already. I am a man of life and love and liberty. I have an old injury that hurts when the weather changes. But why it is good to get on here and Comedy Central. You guys have no idea how much I support you all and care

Please read all you can about EFT - it has had amazing results for sufferers of PTSD. It is also really good for addictions but you have to commit to it constantly.

When I got drafted I kept making jokes I found out some peeople had no since of humor. Ss tuff as SR is there can be great joy. Hope is a lifespring. I always try to bring something positive.
