Hurricane Sandy-stay safe & strong
For everyone in Hurricane Sandy's path, stay safe!
Where I live people head to the local bar to "storm watch". I always had a great time at these parties. It's also going to be a full moon. These used to be major triggers. I know I'm going to want to drink, and I know I'm not going to drink. I do anticipate a longing for the "old days" but will just have to battle the AV down. I'll be battening down a different kind of hatches I guess lol
Being cooped up in the house may be a trigger for some people too, or being bored if you lose power. Stay strong everyone!

Thanks for posting this freefall. This is definitely a trigger for me. If this was a couple months ago, I would've stocked up on wine and been happy to have off work so I could drink even more. This time, I stocked up on chocolate and other good snacks lol AND some reading about recovery
