For the last three years all I have known and wanted to know was the love given to me by a man named Steven! He was the most amazing person I know if only the addiction would of let him go! I lost him ten days ago I woke up with him lifeless next to me! My heart feels empty and gone! I feel like I'm going to battle the doctors and the dealers on my own! At 5'6 135 pounds thats not going to happened. I dont have a clue what to do with these feelings or that fact that he's gone I'm working on finding out a little more about what I can do to bring more awareness and the words of the aftermath and effects of it all!

I'm very sorry to hear about your loss. I too, have had the horrible experiences of losing loved ones due to this disease, and have woken up next to someone I loved not breathing. The nature of this disease is very tragic, and these things could happen to any of us when using. It is a scary but very real thought. Thank you for sharing your experience to bring awareness to some. He is in a better place now, and he does not have to suffer from this pain any longer. RIP.
